There are many educational and job training opportunities available throughout Alabama. However, we know thousands who want to pursue these opportunities cannot because of barriers in their way. Some do not have reliable transportation to get them to and from training. For others, the barrier is they cannot find affordable childcare, which means they cannot attend classes. 

These and other life challenges hold so many Alabamians back who desperately want to work and build for themselves a better life. We want to help Alabamians overcome these barriers. By doing so, we will also lift up our entire state and put Alabama on the path toward a better, brighter and stronger future.
